Shipping & Handling

We ship our products using FedEx High-Value Delivery Shipping. This method of shipping is specifically designed for a fast, easy, and secure method of shipping our high-value jewelry. All packages are fully insured and most packages require a signature. All orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days and include free shipping.

Domestic shipping is available via FedEx Ground for all shipments destined to address in the United States. Packing time will vary depending on items ordered. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready to ship. All shipments are sent from our Las Vegas office; delivery time will vary by location.

International shipping is currently available.

Insurance. All packages shipped from our office are insured for the purchase price through transit. Once the package is signed for and received, its contents are no longer insured. We advise tracking your package through fedex.com to ensure that someone is available to sign for your delivery. If you would like to waive the signature confirmation, you may enter the request in the comment field of your order. Please note that the package is no longer insured once it is left at the delivery destination.

Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date and we will refund you 100% of the purchase price.

Any jewelry that has excessive wear or has been damaged cannot be refunded or exchanged. There is no re-stocking fee for returned orders however, the cost of return shipping the item back to us will be covered by the customer.

Due to the nature of  the genuine pearls, the shape and size of each piece of jewelry will vary,  the individual pearls used may look slightly different than what is shown in our product photos. Inclusions, imperfections and pits are inherent in the  pearls.​
